News in General DBICA lit the small screen this Saturday, 26th June 2010 as the ninth edition of DSFF - DBICA Short Film Festival took off on glorious note at the DBICA theatre, with Director Madhumita declaring open the fest, and congratulating all the participants. 22 shorts were screened in this one day festival, with a very good representation of short film makers from different parts of Tamil Nadu and the country.
